In Friendswood, voters will decide whether to legalize alcohol in the city's downtown district.
In Santa Fe, voters have to choose whether to approve the city's first bond election. The $8.9 million bond would go to build a new police station, public service building and expand the city's library.
And voters across Texas will decide the fate of 11 state constitutional amendments (propositions).
